Police issue CCTV image of glasses theft suspect

POLICE have released CCTV footage of a man they want to question in connection with a theft of about eight pairs of designer glasses.
A men went into the Dolland & Aitchinson store in Catherine Street, Salisbury between 11.45am and 12noon on September 27.
Staff spotted him trying to conceal the glasses under his jacket and, when approached, he left the store and dropped the frames in a nearby shop doorway.
He then ran off towards the Old George Mall and into Sothons before heading off in the direction of Marks and Spencer.
The man is described to be in his late 50s, approximately 5ft9" tall, he had a tanned complexion and grey hair with a wave to it. He was wearing dark trousers, dark shoes and a blue Nylon style bomber jacket. He is thought to be the same person responsible for a similar incident six months ago.
